Dr. Linsey C. Willis’ Expert Witness Qualifications and Experience

The following points qualify Dr. Willis to serve as an expert witness in employment law and other related cases.

  • Owner of management and organizational consulting firm which has provided consulting services to clients in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors in one of several of the service areas provided (see above link for complete bio-sketch.
  • Sixteen (16) years of hands-on management/leadership experience in three (3) different organizations and thirteen (13) years as a consultant.
  • Served as an expert witness on more than twelve (25) occasions and has testified in court.
  • Has written opinion reports and conducted outside case research.
  • Prepared and delivered well over twenty (20) conference papers and presentations since 1982 on a variety of topics related to management and human resource management issues (see above link for complete bio-sketch).
  • Certified Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) since 2001 – Society of Human Resource Management (Human Resource Certification Institute).
  • Teaches for the HR and Advanced HR certificate programs at the F.A.U. Executive Education Center.
  • An Instructor at F.A.U. College of Business – Management Department (2004-present).
  • Dissertation topic: Situational Leadership.
  • Teaches and has taught a variety of management and human resource management graduate and undergraduate courses for over twelve (12) years, most of which are directly related to the consulting services and expert witness cases for which Dr. Willis has provided services.
